To all my future dedicated and loyal followers,
Allow me to introduce myself. I am Burbie, a suburban fashion maven who wants to spread her wisdom to the far corners of teenage suburbia. Now, what IS my philosophy? Well, it consists of three important points:
1. It's okay to re-wear clothing, as we teenagers don't all have jobs and can't afford a new wardrobe every season.
2. However, wearing one item the same way over and over again isn't the most stylish way to reuse a piece. Layering, draping and tucking are all great ways to completely change a piece.
3. Personal style, expressing the individual, is key, and in my blog I am in no way suggesting that everyone dress the same, rather that they learn some tips in attaining a more usable wardrobe.
This blog will consist of pictures of models modeling one piece multiple times in totally different ways, models donning last season's outfits in a very chic way, my opinion on current trends, and helpful style tips. If anything I put on my blog is false, feel free to correct me in the comments section and I will make the changes.
